LENTEN REFLECTIONS 2026

Pope Leo has released his message for Lent 2026. This year's Lenten Focus: Pope Leo XIV is concentrating on "disarming" hearts to build a year of peace and fostering a culture of encounter in a busy world, as seen in his early 2026 messages. Lent is a sacred time in the Church to prepare our hearts for Easter. It is a season of prayer, fasting, almsgiving, and spiritual renewal, helping us reflect on Christ’s sacrifice and grow closer to God.
